HUGIN
How it works

Your agents don't know your company. Hugin fixes that.

Hugin connects to your tools, learns everything in them, and makes sure every agent has the right company knowledge before it starts work — without you having to explain it every time.

Three steps. No maintenance required.

01

Hugin reads your company tools, faithfully

Connect the tools where your team works. Hugin reads every conversation, document, meeting, ticket, and call — and stores each one as-is. Documents stay verbatim. Records stay structured. Nothing gets paraphrased. You set what it watches once. It runs from there.

No more briefing agents manually every time.

02

It maps your people, projects, customers, and decisions

On top of what it stores, Hugin builds a picture of how everything connects — who owns what account, what's a customer, what deals are open, what was decided last week. It keeps that picture current as your company changes. You don't touch it.

The right context, always current, zero effort.

03

Each agent gets exactly what its task needs

Each agent has a defined policy — which tools it can reach, what redaction level applies, how much context it gets. When it has a task, Hugin finds exactly what that task needs, trims it to the agent's budget, and hands it back. Not 50 documents to wade through — just what matters. Sensitive values are redacted before it leaves. Sources are attached. What isn't there, the agent is told.

Precise context, not a data dump. Redacted at the edge. Source-linked.

How it's stored

Two layers. One stores the truth. One maps the meaning.

Most context tools summarize everything into one pile. Hugin keeps two things separate: the real content stored faithfully, and a map of how it all connects. You get both — the actual document when you need it, and the full picture around it when that matters.

Layer 01

The Library

SOP Documentverbatim
CRM Recordstructured
Slack Threadintact
PDF Reportencrypted

The actual content — documents, records, files, conversations — stored faithfully, encrypted at rest, and versioned on every change. Ask for a doc and you get the actual doc. The same thing you'd see if you opened it yourself — and better protected than wherever it lived before.

We never summarize the source of truth.

Layer 02

The Map

A lightweight picture of how everything connects — who owns what account, what's a customer, what deals are active, who's involved in what. It lives on top of the Library and points back into it. So when an agent needs context, it gets the real records too — not just a summary of relationships.

A permission-aware index. Not a copy.

Every format

Your knowledge doesn't come in one format. Hugin handles all of them.

It lives in Slack threads, recorded calls, PDF reports, spreadsheets, CRM notes, and video recordings. Most tools only handle one or two of these well. Hugin reads all seven correctly — so nothing your team knows gets left out.

Conversations

Slack threads, emails, PR comments, support tickets — the full thread, intact.

Records

CRM deals, tickets, issues, calendar events — structured fields, queryable.

Documents

Notion pages, Google Docs, SOPs, wikis — verbatim, tables preserved.

Files

PDFs, spreadsheets, Word docs, presentations — text and tables extracted.

Images

Screenshots, diagrams — described by a vision model, visible text read.

Video

Looms, Zoom calls — transcript plus keyframe descriptions.

Audio

Voice memos, call recordings — a timestamped transcript.

Always current

You don't manage it. It manages itself.

As your company changes, the knowledge changes with it. Hugin keeps everything current without you lifting a finger — so your agents are always working from what's actually true right now, not from what was true last month.

Always current, not nightly

When your tools change, Hugin changes with them. There's no batch job running overnight. The knowledge your agents see reflects what's actually in your tools right now.

Deletes clean up everywhere

When a record disappears from your tools, its content, index, and map entries are all removed with it. Nothing is left behind to drift into a future answer.

New links merge what belongs together

When Hugin learns that two profiles belong to the same person — same email, same handle — it connects them automatically. Different platforms, one picture.

No manual curation. Ever.

You connect your tools once. Hugin handles everything that comes after — updates, deletions, new connections. You don't maintain it.

Built-in control

Your agents work with the knowledge your company has. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Hugin doesn't open everything up to every agent. You control what each one is allowed to reach. Sensitive information is removed automatically. And every agent works from verified, sourced knowledge — with gaps clearly flagged, not silently assumed.

Each agent has a defined policy

You set which tools, scopes, and records each agent is allowed to reach. That policy is checked before any search happens — not applied after. Change it anytime; the next query reflects the update immediately.

Redaction happens at the edge, every time

The search runs over everything the agent is cleared for — then sensitive values are redacted before the answer leaves Hugin. The agent gets the useful knowledge, not the raw data. Redaction is built into every response, not an optional step you configure later.

Every answer carries its sources

Context doesn't arrive unlabeled. Every piece comes back with the tool it came from, the record or document it links to, and when it was true. Your team can always see exactly what an agent was working from.

Gaps are flagged, not assumed

Every answer includes a list of what Hugin doesn't know. If the information isn't there, the agent knows — it doesn't guess or fill the gap silently. What it can't confirm, it says so.

Full visibility

Every time an agent uses Hugin, there's a complete record.

What knowledge was accessed, what was used, what was removed, what the agent was told it didn't have — all of it. Nothing is a black box. Your team can always see exactly what an agent knew and where it came from.

The difference

Same agent. Better work.

The model doesn't change. The agent doesn't change. What changes is that it finally knows what it needs to know to do your company's work.

Without Hugin

  • You explain context to the agent before every task.
  • The output is generic because the agent doesn't know your company.
  • Sensitive data can reach the agent before anyone notices.
  • You can't tell where an agent's output came from.
  • If the answer isn't there, the agent guesses.
  • You fix and re-run more than you should.

With Hugin

  • The agent already knows what it needs before it starts.
  • Output reflects your company — your people, customers, and decisions.
  • Sensitive data is redacted at the edge — before any agent sees it.
  • Every output is traceable back to its sources.
  • If the answer isn't there, the agent knows. No guessing.
  • Less fixing. Less re-running. More useful work, first time.

Give your agents the context behind the work.

Connect your tools once. Let Hugin build the company knowledge your agents actually need.
